So. I kinda realised yesterday that HOLY CRAP IM GOING TO BE SO UNFIT AT SUMMER CAMP.
Legit. I have done very very little exercise in the last 6 months due to my knee. Obviously I’ve done strengthening etc but I haven’t done any regular pushing-my-fitness-level-up kinda fitness for a very long time.
Off to the pool I went this morning and I puuuushed myself. Obviously three weeks is not enough time to get very fit but hey it’s better than nothing. Doing what I can with the time I’ve got now that I’m not working.
andddd newsflash. I’m going to start RUNNING again!!!! flipping excited. it’s been too long.
it’ll probably be a casual jog of about 2km but I dont care. Im running. running running running. eeeeeppp. thank you knee, you’re awesome for getting strong again.
